General Information

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic were established on 21 April 1998.

Since March 2025 H.E. Mr. Suren Baghdasaryan is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Lao People's Democratic Republic (with residence in Hanoi).

Since March 2026, H.E. Mr. Siphandone Oybouabouddi is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to the Republic of Armenia is (residence in Moscow).
