With the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia of July 16, 2013 is appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Since April 22, 2014, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of the Philippines (residence Hanoi).
